One failed test puts you on the sidelines. It does not have to keep you there. Reset Road pairs you with a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional for a virtual evaluation and walks you through the return-to-duty process.
This form helps our team understand your needs before reaching out.
Reset Road handles steps 1 through 3. Steps 4 and 5 run through your employer, and we tell you exactly what to ask for so nothing stalls.
You meet your SAP over video. Your SAP asks about your history, your test, and your circumstances, then determines what education or treatment you need.
Your SAP develops a plan and gives you a list of qualified providers to choose from. Some people get an educational course they can finish in a few days. Others get a treatment program that runs longer.
When you finish your plan, you meet with your SAP again. The SAP verifies you completed what was assigned, determines whether you are compliant, and if you are, sets your follow-up testing schedule.
This one is on your employer. Your current or hiring carrier arranges a directly observed return-to-duty test and reports the negative result.
Your SAP prescribes at least six unannounced tests in your first 12 months back on the job, and can extend the schedule up to five years total.

SAP Services are provided in all 50 states.
No office visit. You do this from home, on your phone or computer. The DOT accepts it. Major carriers accept it. You just need a private space and decent wifi.
Call three SAP providers and most will not give you a price until they have you on the phone and can read your desperation. Ours is on the page. That $450 covers your initial evaluation, your follow-up evaluation, and Clearinghouse reports. No add-on for the follow-up, no add-on for filing.
Your evaluation is virtual, so you can do it from the sleeper, from the house, or from a hotel. You need a private spot and a decent connection. We are open seven days a week because nobody schedules a failed test around business hours.
Your assessment date and your eligibility date go to the Clearinghouse by the close of the next business day, every time. Slow filing is one of the most common complaints drivers have about SAP providers, and it costs real weeks.
Long-haul, regional, local, owner-operator, school bus, motorcoach. We know what a 34-hour restart is, why you cannot just take a Tuesday afternoon off, and what your recruiter is going to ask for. You will not spend the first ten minutes explaining your job.
Your carrier may hand you a list. Federal rules give you the right to choose. A carrier-selected SAP works for the relationship with the carrier. Yours should work for you.

Most drivers finish the whole return-to-duty process in under a week. Every week you wait is a week of missed income. Start the evaluation online, or pick up the phone and talk to a real SAP today.
